My Journey With Web-Blog

I really want people to read my opinions and structure of my writing changed. I start recogniaing that Web-Blog goes beyond just personal encounters. Moreover, I would use Web-Blog as a publishing platform to share or inform ideas to the public and a group of selected audience. Working on this project would expand my view and allow me to think more critically in terms of media and communication and other life issues that affect me and my community.

The concepts of Given and New by Kress is strong evidence in the media which the given news is surely presented in a new way including Web-Blog. Each news site has journalist hosting their own blogs and there are even a section dedicated to blogs. One of the design strategies can be mapped onto the web blogging techniques. For instance, the use of space, scanability in terms of title categorization of blog entries, reference in terms of links and so on.
